Refund Policy

30 days to request a refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order or subscription-payment date. This includes renewal payments. There is no requirement to show that you did not use the service. The pilot's 14-day service period does not shorten your 30-day refund window.

How to request your refund

Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and use the purchase email or transaction information to request a refund. You may also email elijah@ainativebankinglab.ai and we will help direct your request to Paddle.

Please provide your purchase email, order date and transaction reference if available. Do not send payment-card numbers or passwords. Paddle will confirm processing and any payment-method timing.

Subscription cancellation

To stop future monthly renewals, use the Paddle customer portal available from the Billing page, or contact paddle.net. Cancellation and a refund are separate actions: cancelling does not automatically refund a payment, and requesting a refund does not necessarily cancel future renewals. Ask Paddle for both if that is your intention.

Your rights and Paddle's terms

This guarantee does not limit statutory rights, remedies for defective services, or any additional refund rights under Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Requests outside the 30-day guarantee are considered under those terms and applicable law.
