3-D · AI Native Banking LLC
Terms & Conditions
Effective date: October 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of 3-D, an AI-powered, voice-activated go-to-market solution for banks and credit unions.
1. Your agreement with us
You are contracting with Program Link LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as AI Native Banking LLC ("we", "us" or "our"), owned by Elijah A. Jones III. By accessing or continuing to use 3-D, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering this agreement. If you use 3-D for an institution, you represent that you are authorized to bind it and to provide its information.
2. The service and your account
3-D supports opportunity exploration, what-if modeling, voice-led collaboration, business planning and saved decision reports. It is not a bank, a regulated advisory service or a connection to live banking systems. Demonstrations and practice scenarios use synthetic data.
Provide accurate account information, keep it updated, protect your credentials and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. Named-seat licenses are for their assigned users and may not be shared to bypass plan limits. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the authority and consent of people you invite.
3. Prices, subscriptions and Paddle
The institutional subscription is US$99 per named seat per month, billed monthly, with a minimum of six paid seats (US$594 per month). The two-week pilot is US$1,500 as a one-time purchase and is not credited toward a subscription. The applicable plan, quantity, taxes and total are shown at checkout.
A subscription starts only when you authorize checkout. After that, it renews monthly and the authorized payment method is charged until cancellation takes effect. The pilot does not automatically become a subscription. Additional voice-hour purchases require explicit approval; there are no automatic overage purchases.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, applicable taxes, renewals, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can access Paddle's customer portal from the Billing page, or obtain billing help at paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewal as confirmed by Paddle; it is separate from requesting a refund under our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use 3-D for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, intellectual-property infringement or harassment. Do not create or distribute illegal content, deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes, hate speech, threats, exploitation or malware.
Do not interfere with security, probe or scan systems without written permission, scrape the service without authorization, circumvent technical or usage limits, jailbreak AI safeguards, or disrupt other users. Do not reverse engineer the software except where applicable law permits, or resell or redistribute access without our written permission.
Do not submit customer financial records, account credentials, payment-card details or other regulated banking data. Use synthetic, aggregated or appropriately de-identified business inputs. Human review and required institutional approvals must precede any real-world action.
5. AI outputs and your responsibilities
You are responsible for your prompts, the rights to all input content and your use of outputs. AI responses, transcripts, calculations and reports may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Verify facts, assumptions, figures and suitability before relying on them.
Outputs are for general business planning and educational purposes, not financial, investment, legal, tax or other regulated professional advice, and are not recommendations to buy or sell financial products. Obtain qualified advice and institutional oversight. We do not guarantee revenue growth, savings, regulatory compliance or any particular business outcome.
Voice interactions involve processing speech and transcripts. Notify participants and obtain all permissions required for the conversation, recording or transcription. Do not activate a microphone on another person's behalf without authority. The Privacy Notice explains data handling.
6. Intellectual property and your content
We retain ownership of 3-D and its software, documentation, branding and other intellectual property. Subject to these terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes.
You retain your rights in your inputs. To the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs generated for you; we do not claim ownership of your original inputs or bespoke outputs. AI outputs may not be unique, protectable by copyright or free from third-party rights. No rights to our underlying software or branding are transferred.
You grant us a limited license to host, transmit and process your content solely as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Report rights-holder complaints to elijah@ainativebankinglab.ai, identifying the work, disputed content and your contact details. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts for misuse; repeated or serious infringement may result in termination.
7. Availability and limitations of liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, network conditions, third-party outages or safety restrictions may affect availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, goodwill or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for 3-D during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be limited.
8. Suspension, termination and changes
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent security or legal risks may require immediate action.
When access ends, your license to use 3-D ends. Export available reports before access expires; contact us about access, deletion or records requests. We may retain records needed for legal, security or dispute purposes as explained in the Privacy Notice. Termination does not override Paddle's billing obligations or refund rights.
We may update these terms and will post the updated effective date here, providing notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove mandatory rights or retroactively alter an already completed purchase.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Arizona law, without its conflict-of-law provisions. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes fall under the competent state or federal courts in Arizona. Mandatory protections and rights available under the law applicable to you remain unaffected. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
