The founder
Operator. Transformer. Builder of decision intelligence.
Elijah’s path began with disciplined mission execution: a United States Air Force Academy education, service as a U.S. Air Force Captain, and an early foundation in operational test and evaluation. The enduring question was not just whether something worked, but whether it delivered the intended result.
That perspective carried into enterprise transformation. His experience spans payments business turnarounds, cloud M&A separation, cybersecurity and ITSM re-engineering, fintech transformation in regional banking, and platform operating-model transformation in global custodial banking.
With leadership experience across KeyBank, BNY Mellon and Braintree/PayPal, Elijah brings an operator’s lens to AI: connect strategy, architecture and governance to measurable business outcomes. In July 2026, he earned AI certification and a Gold Award in a Top 100 Global Hackathon.

Our strategic conviction
We believe the next competitive advantage will belong to institutions that ask sharper questions, challenge assumptions and turn insight into decisions they can defend. AI adoption is a starting point—not the outcome.
3-D brings that conviction to the go-to-market work of banks and credit unions. The ambition is straightforward: make room for executive judgment, give teams a shared direction, and keep the business result at the center.
The people behind the conviction
Executive judgment. Commercial discipline. Technology leadership.
